•  If we have a puppy you’re interested in fill out our puppy application form. 
• If we have no puppies available fill out and submit our waitlist form. After that fill out and submit a puppy application form.
• Once we check out and review your submissions we will contact you and lead you to our next step.
• If you applied for a specific puppy and were accepted we will ask you to submit a deposit to reserve your puppy
• If you submitted a waitlist form and were accepted we will add you to our waitlist. You will not need to enter a deposit until the litter is born and your puppy selected.

Our puppies will go home with a goodie bag which we call a “Go-Home Bag”. We try to change up the contents each litter but here’s a list of what you can find.

• A blanket that smells like mum and siblings
• A bag of their food that will last up to a week
• A leash and collar that matches the color they’re assigned when born
• Any and all vet records
• A contract that includes their health guarantee
• Treats, toys, and waste bags

These items are always included but we will add extra items

For the health and safety of our puppies we cannot accept any visitations while puppies are under 4 weeks old. Once puppies are past their 4 week mark we can have potential owners visit, however to avoid potentially introducing harmful virus’s, infections, or parasites we can‘t allow visitors into the main living area of our puppies.

This depends, we do offer to drop off our puppies or meeting up half way but this is dependent on the distance and a fee may be charged. We recommended getting into contact with us to discuss location and potential fee. We do not offer flight nanny services or to ship a puppy.

Yes! The day your puppy is picked up or dropped off you will receive all vet medical records received from their vet. This includes deworming, vaccinations, wellness check up summary, and rabies certificate.

Our toy poodle puppies eat Purina Pro Plan specifically the high protein toy breed puppy food. Our mini poodle puppies also eat Purina Pro Plan but their development small breed puppy food.

While we recommend the food we feed our puppies we understand some owners would like to change a puppies original diet, we only recommend that when changing their diet the proper food transition procedure is done to avoid any tummy issues. If a homemade diet is wanting to the used we highly recommend that a recipe is created with a nutritional vet to ensure it is an appropriate diet.

As we are a new program that is continuously learning and growing we do have a spay/neuter clause in our puppy contract. We do encourage and ask pet parents to have their pup spayed/neutered during the time frame of 6-12 months to ensure puppy had the appropriate time to mature as we do believe that altering a dog too young can have a negative impact on their health. 

To obtain more than one puppy at the same time from us there is a lot of discussions that have to take place. We do believe of the behavioral condition called “Littermate Syndrome (LMS)” which is a severe and unhealthy codependent bond between littermates or puppies near in age that are raised together.

While we believe LMS can happen we also believe it can be prevented through the proper training and management. Which is why if more than one puppy is wanted we will be extra diligent to ensure they will go to an owner/family that can handle the workload.
